MOSAICANDO IS A TOURISM PLATFORM DESIGNED TO CREATE AN INTEGRATED ITINERARY CONNECTING THE THREE SICILIAN CITIES OF THE “ARAB-NORMAN PALERMO AND THE CATHEDRALS OF CEFALÙ AND MONREALE” PROJECT, FUNDED BY THE ITALIAN MINISTRY OF TOURISM.
In the coming months, this initiative will bring the region to life through a rich cultural programme, featuring talks, in-depth discussions, and a variety of performances spanning music, cinema, and theatre.
It will also include B2B networking events for tourism professionals and media, promotional activities at national and international trade fairs, and the revitalisation of Visitor Centres to enhance the experience of these historic sites.
A special focus will be placed on the Danisinni district,
showcasing its cultural and artistic heritage.
Designed to be inclusive and accessible, Mosaicando is available via web and app, offering content in Italian Sign Language (LIS), along with videos, podcasts, and tactile maps – ensuring a richer and more immersive experience for all visitors.
